Call Out Service: Our Call Out Service is where an expert iPhone repair technicians (Gadget Gurus) will will come to you at work or home at time and day which is convenient. We repair your device in front of you in about 30-45 minutes and let you carry on with your day. while you carry on your day. Here's how it works: Go to www.gadgetmedic.co.uk, and click 'Book A Repair Now' then follow the easy click options. Book Your Repair Now Select your Apple device and tell us what’s wrong with it. Our online system will you an instant repair price so you know exactly what it will cost. You will then have Three options to select: ‘Call Out’ option and enter your details to book your repair at your work / home 'Drop Off The Apple Device' to our Gadget Medic HQ 'Post In Your Apple Device' to our Gadget Medic HQ After you have entered the relevant details and you are happy you pay for the repair (only if you are sending the Apple Device into us),. If you have chosen Dropped Off or Call Out options, you pay once your Apple Device has been repaired. How Each Option Works: Call Out: Our 'Call Out' repair service is where our highly skilled Gadget Guru will come out to your home/work to repair you Apple Device in front of you, a Gadget Guru will contact you to confirm your appointment with the time and location of your repair after it has been booked online. No Fix, No Fee, Once your Apple device is repaired and only you are 100% satisfied with our repair, you then pay our Gadget Guru for the repair Drop Off: Our 'Drop Off' repair service is very quick way to have you Apple Device fixed (usually same day for iPhone & iPads). You simply book in your Apple Device with our online system by clicking 'Book A Repair Now', select a day and time that is good for you. Post In: Our 'Post In' repair service is a very cost­ effective way to get your device repaired and is always available if our Call Out service is not available in your location. You simply 'Post In' your Apple Device to our Gadget Medic HQ, 33 Ashby Close, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, NN8 5FH We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery Service via the Post Office as it is insured and tracked For packaging we recommend a secure Jiffy Bag or a Small secure Box and include your repair Reference number inside. Please do not include any cables, accessories, cases or a box which you need as we send it back in our own Packaging. After it has been inspected, your Apple Device would then be repaired same day by one of our Gadget Gurus and sent back to you the next working day via a tracked, insured delivery service.

Gadget Medic offer a Call Out iPhone repair service. With our Call Out service we send a repair technician out to you at work or home to repair your device. There will be locations we do not cover, don't worry, you can use our Post In or Courier Collect service, where you Post in your Apple Device to us, we fix it same day and send it back to you next day insured delivery.
